Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty Policy

Welcome to our Returns Policy page. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging items purchased from our store. Please read through the following information to understand how we handle returns and how you can initiate the process. Returns Policy:

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

  • Returns are made online and are only available for defective products, if wrong items were sent, or if you change your mind. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • All returns need a proof of purchase and receipt.
  • Customers must pay shipping fees for returns. Apojai is not responsible for returning shipping fees.
  • To be eligible for a return/refund, all returns must include original packaging and all its original components undamaged (box, jewelry piece(s), pouch, polish cloth in envelope).
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for quality assurance and if passed, the customer will receive a full refund with shipping fees non-refundable.
  • Any item purchased that has been modified by a third party outside of Apojai, may not be refunded.
  • Non-returnable items include: earrings used to pierce in the salon.
  • In the event you need to send back or return a jewelry item, Apojai will not be responsible for shipping and delivery fees or processes. The customer will be fully responsible for covering this.

Please be aware that when returning your jewelry piece, it is imperative that you take full responsibility for ensuring its safe packaging. Proper and secure packing is essential to safeguard the item from any potential damage during the shipping process. Should any issues arise with the item upon its return, the responsibility for its condition will rest with the sender.

How to Request/Submit a Return:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation (top right corner), or go to the Returns & Exchanges Policy page and then request a return here.

Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address that you used to process your order at checkout, and then click Continue
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from Apojai and copy the 6-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the 6-digit verification code.
    4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
    5. If the order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
    6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
    7. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email from us (info.apojai@gmail.com) with shipping instructions which you will fulfill on your own. Apojai is not responsible for any return shipping fees. Please follow instructions carefully so that you send it to the right address. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

 

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are acceptable but customers must inform us within 30 days after delivery.

  • The fastest way to make exchanges and to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • All items exchanged are subject to the return policy.

 

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info.apojai@gmail.com.

 

Warranty:

  • We provide a 1 year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all of our pieces. We are confident with the craftsmanship of our jewelry, as they are crafted with quality materials by our most skilled jewellers. If in the event that you are unhappy with the quality of your purchased jewelry and it is within the 1 year limited warranty, please send us an email regarding the jewelry at info.apojai@gmail.com, along with a with a picture of your piece. We will then get back to you for further steps. The process will also require you to send back the jewelry to Apojai for inspection and if passed, we will send you a new piece.
  • Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, and tangled chains that come with normal wear and tear (ex. bent ring, broken chain, broken earring), as well as improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Apojai.
  • In the event you need to send back or return a jewelry item, Apojai will not be responsible for shipping and delivery fees or processes. The customer will be fully responsible for covering this.

PLEASE NOTE:

1) We advise against third-party modifications to your product as these actions will nullify any eligibility for returns, exchanges, or warranties.

2) Please be aware that when returning your jewelry piece, it is imperative that you take full responsibility for ensuring its safe packaging. Proper and secure packing is essential to safeguard the item from any potential damage during the shipping process. Should any issues arise with the item upon its return, the responsibility for its condition will rest with the sender.

3) All returns, exchanges, and warranties will require the you to send us back the item(s) for quality inspections and auditing.
