Shipping & Delivery Facts:
- Shipping fees are charged based on subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable. Our main shipments will only include Canada and the US at this time. This may be subject to changes.
- We offer FREE shipping on orders over $200 CAD in Canada or over $150 USD in the US.
- We offer a flat shipping rate of $9 CAD for total orders under $200 CAD in Canada. For the US, flat shipping fee is $7 USD for total orders under $150 USD.
- Once we receive orders, if available, orders are typically processed 1-4 business days at minimum.
- Once an order is packed and shipped, estimated delivery times vary between 3-6 business days at minimum. Sometimes shipment processes may take longer depending on holidays, customer location, or due to high order volumes. But customers will always receive a tracking number.
- Customers have the ability to change their shipment address or cancel if they contact us within 24 hrs, but it is not guaranteed. Please make sure to add the correct shipping address. If the wrong shipping address is entered by the customer, delays may occur and they may have to restart and pay for shipment again.
- Customers will have an accurate tracking number for their shipped orders. Apojai will continuously monitor and track all orders.
- Once the package is delivered to the customer, the customer will receive a delivery notification through email. After the order has been delivered to the customer address, Apojai is no longer responsible for the order and it is now the responsibility of the customer to retrieve his/her order timely. Please make sure to keep track of your orders.
- A package is only deemed lost if it is confirmed by the courier that it was lost/fully damaged during the shipping process. It is only in this case that we will replace your order for a new one.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fees if they return/exchange their items. Please see the return/exchange policy for more information on how to properly ship returns to the right address.
- Apojai offers complimentary coverage for custom and duty taxes to the US on orders under 800 USD. If customer order exceed this value, they will be responsible for custom and duty taxes on their end.
- Purchasing or placing orders through Apojai means you agree to all the shipping policies listed on this policy page.
